- If buying a costume for a solo etc, a $50 deposit will be required. If renting or borrowing, you are responsible for finding your own costume.
- Once the costume arrives the remainder of the costume fee will be due. If it is less you will be reimbursed for the difference.
- Costumes will be chosen and discussed with your choreographer whether purchased, borrowed, or rented.

     These fees are for Choreography only. If you wish to have cleaning lessons for extra choreography it is seperate. If wishing to have cleaning lessons please fill out our cleaning lesson form and we will provide you with a qualified instructor. Cleaning lessons are an extra fee. Extra lesson fees will vary upon instructor. A cleaning form will be added to our bulletin board as well. 

Competition solo fee: $25
- This is the solo competition fee. Once fees are finalized you will either owe more, or you will get the difference back as all competitions have different price points.

Personal Choreography Guidelines

- Please note; GST is included in the costs for extra choreography prices.

- Fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances, and are to be paid on the first lesson of Choreography.

- Any Additional time that is required with the instructor will be charged at $30/hour, to be split amongst dancers participating.

- These prices have hall rental included.

- ALL FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 23rd 2023rd.

- When a student chooses to do a solo, duet, trio etc, it is an excellent way to build confidence! One on one lessons build social skills, increase self-esteem, they become stronger dancers, and for students to flourish working on skills best suited for them.

- All STUDENTS are eligible to request personal choreography!

- It is HOWEVER Miss Caprice’s and Miss Amy's decision with which dance extras go through and what does not. Miss Caprice and I will always give opportunities to all! However please respect our boundaries and decisions if we feel your child is not ready.

- If this is your first solo, please sign up! I am here for you to have a wonderful experience!

- You MUST be in the group genre if you are choosing to do an extra in it. ex) You must be in hip hop to do a hip hop extra.

- Personal Choreography is a PRIVILEGE.

- All personal choreography will be done on weekends, or on holidays if it works between the Instructor, dancer, parents, and hall rental.

- With doing personal choreography you as a dancer get to express yourself on stage, be challenged in ways only one on one time can bring, and you get to work on techniques that are geared for each individual student.

-The privilege of performing your solo/duet/trio can be revoked by the owners, if we deem necessary.

- By agreeing to this contract, the dancer and parent/guardian are assuming responsibility to be prepared and practiced for each choreography session.

- It is NOT the teacher’s responsibility to remember or reteach choreography once it is given, as it wastes valuable studio time. You the dancer are responsible for your choreography.

- Practicing daily will achieve the best results for technique, memory of routine, and confidence.

- Parents are allowed to be present at the END of each session for 5 minutes to record. The teacher will open the door to greet the parent to film the routine.

- You can use your phone, or video camera to record.

- Parental involvement is essential to success! Not only to video tape, but to ensure the dancer is practicing regularly, and effectively. 

  
- Parents must also commit to driving to and from practices and competitions.

- Please be aware that some competitions take place during school hours, so absences may be required. 
 

- This will only apply to certain dancers in regards to specific situations. Depending on each individual case a dancer MAY be able to perform only solos without taking group classes. We have come into situations in the past where dancers have been compromised of dancing and it is unfair for them to not be a part of our dance community. This is a rare occurrence however at the end of the day we are here to support children when certain situations arise. These decisions are solely decided from the owner Amy, no exception.
